🏠We agree to share minor house chores monthly (regarding common spaces).
This would entail things like vacuuming, dusting, trash, bathroom chores, etc.
👉🏽We both also keep the kitchen clean daily (includes recycling, kitchen compost, wipe surfaces).
You would be responsible for maintaining the hall bathroom.
💵Total to move-in is: first $850, last $850, and $250 refundable damage/security deposit.
