The house is very large (nearly 3000 sq ft), very comfortable, relaxed, and quiet.
I enter through the front door, which leads to my living room for my privacy.
You would enter by a pathway through a side gate to the back door, which leads to the shared areas (kitchen, laundry, and den) and the stairs to the upper floor.
You share a full bathroom down the hall with another tenant in a smaller bathroom.
EXPECTATIONS:
Provide full-vaccination documentation, please.
We recycle, avoid wasting water and electricity, and make a real effort to be considerately quiet.
