This master bedroom is in a 2/1 bedroom apartment with a clean shared bathroom.
The other tenant is a female as well.
There is a parking space available in a covered garage.
There is a grocery store, Target, CVS, LA Fitness and Ross in a 5 min walking distance.
The price is $1500 + utilities.
I ask for a $1000 returnable deposit.
