Pets are allowed as long as they are house trained and small to medium sized.
The bedrooms are mirror bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
The whole apt is furnished including your bedroom.
You have a full sized bed and 2 small dressers.
The living room and kitchen are furnished as well.
You will have full use of everything in the house .
The fridge,pantry and bathroom cabinets will be divided in half.
We have a coin operated washer and dryer on the premises.
as well as tandem parking.
(I currently don't have a car right now so ull have the whole spot if u have a car?
We have multiple business lines that run around like the 7 blue bus and the 7R blue bus as well as the 105 metro and the 617 metro.
We are next to many places that are walking distance like, bank of America, chase,subway, Joanne's fabrics.
Two 7-11's, cvs, ross,dollar tree, smart and final, target, a gym, jersey mikes,and a Sally's beauty supply.
There will be a small contract drafted for protection just so both parties are in agreement .
A 30day notice will be needed before you move out so that I can plan for another tenant.
If we get along g great you can live here as long as u like on month to month.
Utilities will be shared ( gas, electric, and internet)
