- less than a mile to abbott kinney
- less than 2 miles to downtown sm/promenade/metro
- a few blocks from main st
the space: awesome furnished 2bd/2bth.
you'd have your own furnished bedroom/bathroom AND your own office space!! the room comes with a queen sized bed and a few other pieces of furniture.
there's a good sized step-in closet with lots of storage space and can even fit another dresser.
the 6 unit building shares 1 washer/dryer.
the apt also comes with the cutest pup, but sorry, no pets.
street parking.
rent: $1800 + split utilities and cleaning 2x/month
me: i love surfing, grandma crafts, camping, going to concerts, reading, and playing with my dog.
you: looking for one roomie, male or female.
no couples, kids, or pets.
ideally you're in your late 20s-40s, non cigarette smoker, respectful, and keep "normal" hours.
looking for someone who is tidy and will keep the common areas clean, but not a total neat freak.
active lifestyle is a plus.
and you gotta LOVE dogs.

- must love dogs! your other roomie is a 15lb mutt.
she's part poodle, so doesn't shed! she has a bed and toys out in the common area, but her food/water stay in my room.
she loves to play and will ask you to throw a ball around or play tug with her.
she'll also be super excited when you get home and may get a case of the zoomies around the apt.
