Hi!! I am looking for a girl preferably age 23 - 28 to take over the remainder of my lease starting MAY 1ST! It is a room to yourself in West Hollywood, you would have two other roommates who also both have their own rooms/bathrooms.
They are both super sweet girls who both work in music! The room is $1450 - it includes your own bathroom and a parking spot in the garage.
The apartment has a washer and dryer in unit and central air.
The building is very secure and all the neighbors are great.
The lease ends in october but if it's a good fit I'm sure there would be no issue staying there ❤ $1450 for rent + parking $1350 security deposit Date is potentially flexible and age is too- most important thing is it's a good fit.
