$750 / 130ft2 - Charming Craftsman (Silverlake/Echo Park/East Hollywood)

Room in Charming Craftsman available March 1st.
Looking for someone who will be here at least one to two months but hopefully longer.
I own the house and live here too and am looking for someone to do a partial live / work situation running errands like grocery shopping, post office, etc.
The rent is normally $850.
per month (not including bills) so you'll pay that up front and then as you do the work during the week, I'll give money back to you for hours worked.
It's usually 6 to 10 hours per week and is usually around $100.
per week.
You can either use my car which is an automatic or use your car and I cover gas.
NOTE: It's not optional to do the live / work situation so if that doesn't work for you then the room won't work.
There are 4 other people who live here (including me) so a total of 5 people.
Everyone is very quiet and respectful and tend to be out a lot or in their rooms when they are home.
The house is in a fairly quiet area even though it's close to everything.
I have my own bathroom and the other 4 housemates share a full bath and half bath.
The room is 11 1/2 x 11 1/2 and has a large walk-in closet and a large window that faces north.
It's furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, and lamp.
The room is $850.
per month not including utilities which usually end up being around $50.
to $60.
per person per month.
Move-in costs are first and last month rent plus $250.
