Hello everyone, I am looking for someone to move into our 3 bedroom apartment asap or March 1st I am an artist looking for another respectful and mindful roommate.
Someone that would be open minded and enjoyable to be around.
This is a beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you need in a great location.
It has a lot of light and some nice views.
You also will share a bathroom with another roommate.
The bedroom is spacious with lots of natural light and will come unfurnished.
You would share the living room and kitchen with myself and a third roommate named Moka.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit, fully equipped kitchen and one parking spot in the unit's garage.
The apartment is located in the heart of West Hollywood, there is a lot of greenery on the street which is quite nice.
You are right by the Chateau Marmont, Sunset Strip, many bars and restaurants.
There is a Trader Joe's within walking distance.
Rent is $1,500 and utilities are usually 50-70$ a month per person.
