This location is super close to Venice beach, and surrounded by local restaurants, bars, and shopping.
The room is spacious and has its own bathroom and vanity area.
The apartment will be cohabited by my partner and I, and our two-year old pup.
We have decided to rent this lovely room to someone amazing.
This will be for a single person only.
The apartment is on the 2nd story, and has a balcony and lots of ocean breeze.
We have a community pool and spa, on-site gym, a market, basketball and tennis courts, and covered and secured parking.
The rent is $1900 per month, with a deposit of $1900.
Utilities and internet are included in this price.
I am a special education teacher, and my partner is an artist, who also travels frequently.
We are busy people during the week, and enjoy the beach, exercising, and walking our pup Hazel.
