$500 / 1br - Room in Marina (Marina)

I have a room to rent to a mature professional.
We all smoke cannabis outside.
I am the owner.
The room has a bed nightstand and closet with organizer.
It is 11' x 12'.
Has off street parking, full kitchen access, own food storage shelf in pantry and fridge, private bathroom.
I live in Marina.
Will negotiate rent based on help with work around the house and help cleaning, occasional help with dogs.
$500 per month plus 1/3 share of utilities, usually under $100.
Prefer professional and 420 friendly outside only.
😉 Must love dogs!!! Queen bed, haven't set it up yet.
Must also be able to pass a background check.
Must be chill and vibe with the house.
