We are looking for ONE FEMALE roommate (30's+) for a 3-bedroom apartment in a quaint building minutes from the beach in Playa del Rey.
The room is 12 ft by 9.
5 ft, and has one set of mirrored closets (5ft by 2.
5 ft).
Hallway closet and cabinets can be used for extra storage.
Bathroom is shared with one other female roommate.
- Current residents are two females.
- The apartment itself is fully FURNISHED, except for the bedroom.
Bring bedroom items and small kitchen items only (no appliances).
We have shared set of dishes, glasses, utensils pots/pans, etc.
- Tiled floors in the common areas, bedrooms are carpeted.
Very spacious living room with a wood fireplace and lots of windows.
- Kitchen is an open floorplan with a floating counter.
- The building has a Washer and Dryer, and a full laundromat is on the corner.
- Convenient street parking or on the garage at back of building.
- The unit is surrounded by a locked security gate.
- All utilities are shared, this is non-negotiable.
- Bathroom is shared with one other (female) roommate.
- Can walk to neighborhood restaurants, major grocery stores are a few miles away.

We work during the week, and our home is our sanctuary.
- We each are social, very active outside of work, love movies and theatre, and like to try new things and go out to new places.

- Female (30's+) with active lifestyle, positive attitude and some similar interests.
Not someone who will always be parked on the couch.
- FINANCIALLY STABLE with steady employment and pays bills on time, every time.
- Must be very neat and tidy, clean up after yourself in shared spaces, help with household cleaning, respectful and quiet.
- Has common sense about the responsibilities of living with others.
- We enjoy having friends over, but not a continuous revolving door for overnight guests or people hanging out all the time.
- We are all women here and respect each other's space and privacy.
- No harassing or bullying behavior.
