Are you on the lookout for a comfortable living space? If yes, then I have an excellent offer for you! I am a friendly woman who resides in a one-bedroom apartment, and I am searching for a roommate to share the space with.
You will have your own bedroom since I never use it myself.
I live in the living room and dining area, which is designed in a studio style, and I have a cute little dog.
The bathroom and kitchen are common spaces.
Privacy and personal space are significant for me, and I'm sure they are for you too.
Since I don't usually have visitors, I kindly request your respectful consideration of my personal boundaries.
I will also respect your privacy and ensure you have the space you need to feel at ease during your stay.
Additionally, all utilities are included in the rent, so you don't have to worry about any extra costs! The room will be available around April 1st or April 15th.
