It’s a second story apartment with in-unit laundry, air conditioning, and two parking spaces (one covered, one open).
The kitchen has a dishwasher, stovetop oven, microwave, and refrigerator.
The building itself has four units, but each unit has its own street address.
It's in a pretty quiet neighborhood cause it's right next to an elementary school.
Roommates own a cat and are 4/20 friendly.
The apartment also only has one bathroom, which hasn’t really been an issue, but something to be aware of.
Also my landlords will want to look at your credit score before approving the sublease.
Move in date is flexible, looking to lease the room as soon as possible!
