Hi there! My roommate is moving back to New York after a year of living together, I originally met her through a craigslist ad and will be sad to see her go - so I'm looking for a new rommate! About the apartment: -The entire apartment is 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom -2,100 square feet (pretty spacious with it's own private entrance up the stairs) -Private washer + Dryer in the back of the apartment -1 tandem parking spot for you included in the back it is not covered but it's easily accessible from the back entrance of the apartment - street parking is also pretty easy Large balcony w/ plenty of seating 2nd story loft-style lovely 1920's building with only 3 other units - neighbors are nice Walking distance to hollywood bowl (it can get little loud since it's next to the street and the concert goes but I don't mind it personally) About the room: Furnished - Queen bed + frame + dresser Large 52" TV + Apple TV Closet space + additional closet space outside the room also available full kitchen access w/ all appliances full living room access Small window air conditioning About the roommate (s) you'll be sharing the apartment with: I'm a 27 year old female working full time in advertising 1 small pomeranian that goes everywhere with me I'm very flexible and looking to make the situation as comfortable as possible for everyone I'm actually traveling quite a bit lately and my younger sister is also staying in my room, she works 7 days a week 10 am - 7 pm My IG: thecaptainnat Monthly Bills: Deposit: $1,100 Month to month rent - with a 30 day move out notice Utilities: split amongst 3 people evenly - depends on the time of the year - $60-130 (utilities here are higher because it's a fourplex type of situation not a huge multi-unit building where they're usually cheaper - the fixed utilities are $65 internet, $25 trash, $50 water (all split amongst 3) - gas and power is what changes - copy of the bill delievered to all tenants every month) Who are we looking for: Move in April 1st but flexible for the right person Female - 24 - 38 Prefer someone who is EASY GOING, clean and works full time with past roommate references / verifiable work Doesn't own a ton of stuff! lol No smoking Sorry! no other pets!!!
