Hi there! My current roommate has moved into a new place of her own, so I am looking for someone new to take her place in our 2 bed, 1 bathroom apartment starting on May 1st.
The apartment is located in Westchester (near LMU) within walking distance to Ralph's, Trader Joe's CVS, Starbucks, Homegoods, LA Fitness, etc.
Also, very conveniently located near LAX!
It is a second story unit with plenty of natural light and a balcony overlooking the backyard of the building.
Washer/dryer is onsite and although parking is on the street, there is plenty of it and no parking restrictions.
The available bedroom comes with a bed, mattress, dresser, and bedside table, although you are welcome to bring your own and swap out for any of the current furniture in there.
Bedding and any other decor does not come with the room, so the space can become totally yours! I am also working on re-decorating the main living areas including living and dining room since much of the items in this space were hers, so you are also welcome to bring anything you'd like to add your own flair to these spaces.
I am a 33 y/o female looking for someone around their late 20's - mid-30's, preferably female since the bathroom is shared.
I've been in LA for about 8 years and enjoy doing things with friends on the weekends, with weekdays being more chill.
I work full-time from home mostly and have my workspace set up in my bedroom, though will sometimes bring the laptop out to the common areas if I don't have a call.
I'm open to living with someone who also works from home or outside of the home, either way!
