ABOUT THE HOME: My old roommate is moving out so I have a room available in this beautiful 1920s 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom townhouse situated in the heart of West Hollywood, 1 block away from Santa Monica Blvd and Crescent Heights.
You're never far away from anywhere you want to be: 5 minutes walking from Whole Foods, 5 minutes walking from TraderJoe's and CVS, and 10 minutes driving from Beverly Grove.
The room is big with a lot of windows, a large closet, a ceiling fan, a bed (in case you want it) and a small balcony.
The house has a washer and dryer in the unit, WiFi, TV, and AC, and a heather unit downstairs.
Living room, kitchen are downstairs, 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
The upstairs is carpeted, and the downstairs has a vinyl floor.
Street Parking.
WHAT I'M HOPING FOR: I'm looking for a male or female roommate, ideally in his/her early 30s.
No Couples, no pets, allowed.
In-person or hybrid work is preferred but not required.
I'm also looking for a very clean person (since we are going to share the bathroom) no drugs, non-smoking inside the house, respectful and good communication skills is a must.
