The primary reason the rent is so reasonable is the Space is Shared inside my cozy Studio.
It's the ideal location although abit cozy.
With that in mind, if You are trying to save money and don't want to compromise your Safety for affordablity, this might be a good fit for you.
If you are a Non Smoker, have a Stable Source of Income, and like cats.
I don't particularly mind if you don't have a conventional job, just Have a consistent source of Income.
