Looking for a new roomie (LGBTQIA+ friendly please)—female or non-binary preferred—to occupy our largest single bedroom in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Hancock Park! We are looking for someone who is employed, responsible, respectful of noise level, a chill and respectful human who loves cats! This would be a one year lease, month-to-month thereafter.
FYI most of the furniture pictured was the previous roommate's.
We welcome items for the living room--there is solely a couch and rug at this time.
The private room is unfurnished.
Rent is $865/month, water and trash included.
Utilities (power, gas, and WiFi) cost around $50 ish a month per person, sometimes less.
The rent is crazy low due to the fact that there is no laundry in the building and if you have a car, it’s permit street parking only (I never have an issue finding a spot).
You’d be sharing the bathroom with me.

I’m an actor and athlete who works in hospitality so I split my time evenly at home and at my side hustles.
I’m very mellow but also spontaneous! I like to go to the movies regularly, workout, hang with my kitties, chill with friends (usually outside of our home), travel, and read.

Kendra (27) is a multi-hyphenate artist who also works in hospitality.
She’s currently in film school—also splits her time working remotely and at a restaurant.
She writes and records her own music, acts, shoots content from home and is just a lovely person to be around!
We maintain a very tidy space so we expect someone who will also do their part in keeping it clean.
No parties, hard drugs, or bad vibes! I have two very sweet kitties who are great roommates! No other pets please.
