SEEKING:
We are two people seeking a clean, respectful, laid back, and friendly individual to move into the room available in our apartment.
We love diversity, and travel, so if that's your thing please contact us.
We are also cool with guests but we are not seeking huge partiers and we are Covid-Conscious.
If you are CLEAN, mature, nice, fun, and don't mind chill roommates who are briefly around, come on through! We are seeking someone by 5/01/24!
YOUR ROOM:
Your room would be located on the 1st floor of our 3-floor apartment, and it’s the master bedroom! The whole apartment is carpeted, including your room.
You would have your own private bathroom as well (not carpeted).
You have two standard sized closets and laundry is on site.
There are two entrances to the apartment one on the 1st (where you and one other roommate would be) and another on the 2nd floor where the third roommate is.
This room does not include a parking space, but there is plenty of street parking!
US:
Our building is quiet.
There is no elevator in the building :( You would be sharing the apartment with 2 roommates (who also have their own room and bathrooms).
As roommates, we are super chill and fun.
However, we are usually very busy at work so it's a very calm environment.
We are into keeping things clean.
So, we alternate in keeping all the common areas tidy.
Nothing over the top.
If you are a clean person it's just common-sense stuff: Vacuuming, taking out the trash, etc.
LOCATION:
It's a great place that is between Culver City and Marina Del Rey! The apartment itself is a 15-20-minute bike ride (via the bike trail), or a 10-minute car ride to the beach! It's a 10-minute car ride to: Downtown Culver City, the Marina, I-405 freeway, the Westfield Culver City mall (AKA: Fox hills mall), and the Howard Hughes center.
It's walking distance to the bank, and Vons grocery store, plus several bars and restaurants.
OVERALL APARTMENT DETAILS:
There is a refrigerator, as well as all the usual kitchen appliances.
Our AC is in the living room for those hot days.
Again, the structure of the apartment has 3 floors, which include a loft and roof access.
Smoking is not allowed in the building nor inside the apartment, however if you are a smoker it is allowed on the roof top.

Utilities are split 3 ways and are usually $60-$100 per person at the most.
The deposit is $900 and application fee is $30.

The landlord will ask you for:

) 2 months bank statements all pages

) 2 months proof of current income

)A copy of Driver's license and Social security card
PLEASE NOTE: The landlord will also do a credit check.
Also, the deposit does NOT go to the landlord, it goes to the tenant whom you are replacing.
It is necessary that you have a reliable source of income ;-).
Rent is $900per month, on a month to month lease, although we are looking for someone willing to commit to at least a year.
