$1,400 WARNING- Eagle Rock post

This guy’s older female pitbull almost attacked my 15 lb male dog after he said his dog was “chill” with other small dogs.
I was weary because I know my dog with bigger dogs.
But I am also a vet tech and I know dog behavior so I kept a close eye.
His dog began to circle mine and intimidate him and when I saw her staring him down about to strike, I immediately and swiftly picked my dog up and away from her, and just as I called it she went to lunge and bite!!! Luckily I had the awareness to pay attention and act when I did to save my dog from a dangerous situation… and possibly myself! Not only that but the downstairs roommate has 2 large dogs that bark and stay inside all the time? They also seem to have pent up aggression… The house is literally a pig sty.

sooo dirty and disgusting like I really cannot believe they are showing the house.
Poop on the patio, smells of piss in every room, shared bathroom was horrendous.
Just NO….
waste of time.
