$850 Free room for live in housekeeper

Hello.
I am renting a room in my house and am willing to reduce rent or give free rent to the right person.
I live in a 3 bedroom house with my teenage daughter so female is prefered.
We would have to discuss how many hours you would work and other logistical matters.
We are looking for someone who is responsible and who has full time employment ouside of the house.
This is ideal if you are trying to save money to get your own place.
You will have your own room.
We do want someone who can cook.
You would get to eat for free as well.
If you prefer to just outright rent the room i am ok with that as well.
The rent is $850 and includes all utilities.
Must be dog friendly.
