Looking for a roommate (pref female) for May 1st start date.
(2) 30 somethin' females currently residing here in this (3) bed (2) bath.
Security deposit is $1490.
Rent is $1270 however ideally the new roommate would be interested in splitting the three bedroom house just between the two of us after a few months when our other roommates moves in with their partner ( she often stays with them now), with rent increasing to $1895 at which time you would have your own bathroom, the GIGANTIC bedroom and there would be an additional room to be used as a shared space.
Please let me know when you respond if this scenario would work for you as I would like to live with just one roommate rather than 3 after she leaves.
Location wise we are in the heart of East Hollywood.
It is near Gold Diggers for dancing, the new Cafe Telegram for a lil trendy/posh cafe moment, minutes from both Los Feliz for a Griffith hike and Larchmont Village for a Sunday farmers market.
Super central so it’s easy to get to both West Hollywood or Silver Lake/ Echo Park.
Pictures are the ones the landlord took from before I moved in, so it is a little more homey now and the bedroom definitely does not have the yellow curtains lol.
Once we start chatting I can send you more current photos/videos but the pictures attached still give you the idea of the layout.

A little about me as I would be the long term roommate -
I am a Cancer who definitely fits all the normal qualities of the sign.
Love making a house a home.
Always loved interior design but have been studying Feng shui and have been implementing those principles in design and lifestyle choices.
Air conditioning is used minimally to cut down on bills, but also to let natural air in to circulate the and “clean” the house.
The new roommate should be cool with this type of energy.
It does get a bit hot in the summer.
I love a clean environment AND comfortable home that feels inviting to both the people living there and the occasional guest (overnight guests are VERY rare).
There is generally some music playing while making coffee/breakfast/dinner.
I have worked for a music label for the last three years so it is certainly a passion however, I am taking some time to explore my artistic endeavors.
I do yoga most days, if not some other physical activity like hiking or a local dance class.
I love cooking from farmers market sourced products and also do daily juicing :)
Most recently I have become entranced with Pickleball.
I go out and rage rarely these days but do enjoy a solid night out to dance once in a while and I keep myself super active in general.
