Hey! My name is Josh and I'm looking for someone interested in moving into one of the rooms in our 4 bed, 4 bath apartment.
It's currently occupied by myself and two other people (a guy and girl) The apartment features a beautiful, private front yard, two indoor common spaces, and a back area for storage/other use.
We have an in unit washer and dryer, as well as, a dishwasher.
The unit is located near Ktown and Silver Lake.
Extremely central location and amazing food and nightlife around.
The unit is tucked away on a beautiful palm tree lined street.
I work in TV and Film, and make music and do photography for hobbies.
The other two roommates run a store in west Hollywood.
We keep a chill household, 4/20 friendly, and very clean (90% of the time haha).
