Hi, I have a master bedroom for rent in a house located in Beverlywood.
The room is 13 feet long and 11 feet wide.
It has a walk in closet and a private bathroom, and the house is a newly re-modeled house.
Construction just finished early 2020.
You will be living in a relatively new house.
Your monthly rent is $1,350(not including utilities).
Your share of utilities (water, electricity, gas, sewer charge, and LADWP sanitation charge) will be around $80 - $100 per month.
High speed internet is around $25.
There is also shared cost for cleaning services, but this can be waived (details will be discussed in the lease agreement)
Your maximum total out of pocket cost including utilities is estimated to be around $1,475.
This is a great deal for a room in Beverlywood (west of Robertson Blvd and North of Cattaraugus Ave).
It is centrally located in LA.
The room is on the first floor of the house.
There is another roommate (late thirties male professional) who lives on the second floor of the house.
The current roommate is a busy professional, and he currently works from home.
He usually keeps to himself, but he can be social depending on the situation.
There will be a third roommate (male or female) living in the garage unit separate from the main house.
Street parking.
You will always find parking, and this is a super safe neighborhood.
No pets, no drugs of any kind (including Marijuana), no smoking, and no partying in the property.
Another unique household rule is no wearing shoes or outdoor sandals anywhere inside the house.
You can wear indoor sandals in the house
