Looking for one person to rent two rooms in a 2 story 3 bedroom unit.
($1450 total) It would be just the 2 of us.
Parking, AC, washer dryer and private bathroom.
This would be a sublease until the end of the year, but staying longer is a potential option.
I’m early 30s M working in film and TV.
How often I am home just depends on my work schedule.
Looking for someone who is easygoing and tidy.
Similar interests is a plus but not necessary.
