Room in condo available immediately for a tidy and clean individual.
Place is shared with 3 other individuals including the owner and her adult daughter.
Utilities included, kitchen and main bathroom are shared.
Some restrictions on frequency of kitchen use.
Close to TTC, grocery store, science centre, library, Shoppers drug mart and parks.
Can use the building fitness room and pool.
First and last month (deposit) rent required, photo ID and 2 non family references.
Must comply with all house rules (these include cleaning common areas on the days that it is your turn, no smoking of any kind, no drinking, no overnight guests).
If you do not intend to follow house rules please do not apply.
