The room has its own bathroom and shower, so no need to share with a roommate.
Laundry is on site and there is underground side by side parking.
Central AC and Heating.
Rent is $1795 that includes water, sewage and insurance.
Additional utilities include internet, gas and electricity.
Once a 1 year lease is signed, rent will go down by nearly $200.
I am flexible on dates.
