House Rules:
* No smoking, pets, drugs, loud music, or shoes in the unit to maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere.

* Convenient washer & dryer use: 3 times a week (10 am - 8 pm).
* Overnight guests: $50/person/day fee after 1 day per week free.

No roommates of ours so far had any issues with their cars or parking.
A mailbox is available for personal deliveries.
Rental Terms:
* Rent: $1980 per 30 days (60 days minimum, all utilities included) for a hassle-free, all-inclusive living experience.
After 60 days, it is month to month (per 30 days) rent (2 weeks notification of vacate is needed).
* Flexible payment options via Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Stripe, PayPal (transaction fee added).
* First 30 days due at signing, no security deposit for an easy move-in process.
* Optional: $100 monthly cleaning for the bathroom and room.
* A contract will be given and signed upon moving in, in exchange for keys and payment.

* Late payment incurs a $100 per day fee, and after 1 day of late payment, the owner has the right to terminate the contract and remove the renter and their belongings.
