This will be perfect if you’d like to save up for awhile for your more permanent home.
Please be aware that the apt is already furnished, space is limited so you cannot come with a lot of stuff.
Rent is $750 utilities is included.

You’ll have a newish twin mattress.
You’ll have a good sized closet and 3 HUGE cupboards from floor to ceiling to store extraI stuff.
I live in a very quiet 8 unit building with very quiet neighbors who most are old/er and get up at 4-6 am for work.

so being quiet and chill is very very important.
Laundry is on-site.
There’s no parking space but it’s still doable to find parking in this area and if you don’t have
a car, there’s plenty of public transportation and scooters to get around town fast.
IT’S HOLLYWOOD so anything you might need/want will all be walking distance.
You'll be sharing an apt with me and my tiny chihuahua Garbonzo (who just wants to be left alone and admired from afar) AND my long term roommate who’s in the lvingrm (that has been converted into a space.

it’s completely private & closed off, it’s been like this for years and there hasn’t been any problems).
You’ll hardly ever see my rmmate, he’s shy, quiet and mostly keeps to himself and is always gone.
He has a beautiful sweet cat, she always stays in his space but if you’re allergic.
