We're looking for a new housemate for our amazing Silver Lake townhouse.
We are located in the heart of Silver Lake, walking distance from dozens of bars and restaurants, including La Colombe Coffee, Alfred's Coffee, Silverlake Ramen, Night Market Song, The Thirsty Crow, and many more.
We're also right next door to 101 Freeway as well as the #2 and #4 bus lines.
ABOUT THE HOUSE
We are one side of a large 3 story duplex (5br/3ba).
Our property has a decent sized back yard with a (fairly) newly constructed deck-- a perfect outdoor space for some small weekend get togethers.
Also, it's worth mentioning street parking is very easy in our area.
Coin laundry in bldg too.
The room has it's own mirror closet, it's own balcony, central ac, and you'll be sharing the bathroom with one other housemate.
We are super clean so you must be someone who is clean & hygienic also, and willing to contribute to frequent cleaning.

We're 4 artsy folk (3 F, 1 M) + one cat.
We're good communicators & are respectful of each others' personal space, work schedules, and keeping up with our assigned chores in a timely fashion.
