I have a room available in a large 2bd/2ba in Westwood.
It is in a great location that is walking distance to UCLA, restaurants, and shopping.
The apartment is furnished, but the room is not.
There is a private bathroom that is not an en suite.
The apartment has central heat and air conditioning.
There is a patio/yard, and a large park steps away from the building.
There is secure garage parking (stacked).
Me - I am a 39 F professional.
I work M-F, and often leave for outdoor adventures on the weekends.
I'm introverted; polite, but not very chatty.
I'd appreciate if you are the same.
