$800 Room for rent in South LA (Watts)

Hey! I'm looking for someone to replace me in my place in Watts.
Living with 4 other people and 1 dog.
You won't see them often, but they are very sweet and quiet(including the dog 🥹) but are usually down to hang out if youre more social! I'm pretty sure the tenant with the dog will be moving out early next year if you're not a fan of animals as she signed a short lease Im currently paying $850 +$30 for a pet but you'd be signing a new lease with the landlord.
650+ credit score, but he'll consider a lower score for a larger security deposit.
Income should be 3x rent.
I'll include a couple pictures of the place, but the pic of the room is an older picture from zillow because I've been working and wont have time to clean until later on lol.
but the bedroom has since been painted and updated and if there's certain furniture you need, there are some things I'm willing to part ways with.
Move in date is flexible, but just as long as I can give my landlord 30 day notice theres some wiggle room if you need it sooner.
