$600 Large new and fully furnish $600 available but not man&couples&senior (los angeles)

Hi.
I have a large and newly furnished private bedroom and private bath with private entery for $600 (I’m a businessman, so I know putting a better option out there will give me better options).
I had this condo for a long time and I only pay $1200 for rent.
I only need half of it for the other room and if you have financial difficulties it’s not a big deal for the first month or so, God is big.
I take care of a family member’s daughter a couple of days a month when she is sent to other states for nursing so I promised not to have a man living or visiting here.
I only support same sex couples so no male/female couples dramas.
This building is not built with disabilities or seniors code so unfortunately can’t have seniors here, but anyone else such as students, single parents, and anyone else are welcome.
No papers no documents needed.
It’s only me and my 2 little Maltipoos living here in my 2 bed 2 bath condo but 8 other units are owned by family members.
It’s only available for a nice, cool, and obeying type of personality, following rules, person.
