The available 1b1b space is unfurnished and comes with a walk-in closet, two large windows, and common areas that are fully furnished (except for the bedroom, which includes a desk).
The sublet is available from January 1st through May 2024, with the option to renew.
The monthly rent is $1800, with an additional $150 for utilities, making it $1950/month in total.
A $1950 security deposit is required to secure the room, with the first month's rent due at move-in.
A background check is mandatory for clearance.
The building boasts fantastic amenities such as a pool, gym, jacuzzi, firepit, outside BBQ area, theater, and library.
The unit includes laundry with a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and central AC/Heat usually set to 68 in the summer.
Parking is available in the garage for an extra $100/month (tandem spot, shared clicker).
Street parking and nearby garages are also options.
No smoking is allowed, and while pets are not permitted, it's essential to note that the roommate fosters kittens.
