Private room with shared bathroom between two other people (one male, one female) spacious house with large backyard, fruit trees, beautiful neighborhood, 5 minute walk from Fallbrook shopping center.
$550 monthly with estimated $70 monthly utilities.
The living arrangement is me (25F) my sister (27F) and long time friend (24M).
We are all very clean, friendly, and work full time.
We are looking for someone similar whether it is school, work, or a combination of both.
There is one very sweet old cat in the house.
Preferably no other animals but one cat is ok.
House is 420 friendly and cigarettes are perfectly welcome outside.
You are able to have friends/ family over we just ask for notice if it will be a large amount of people and we will give you notice as well.
