We have just refurbished a 3/2 and are renting out the main bedroom.
It's in a quaint, peaceful area.
The apartment building is rather peaceful and has a decent amount of privacy from its neighbors.
Compared to my previous flats in SoCal, I've really enjoyed living here.
I utilize the other room as my workplace as well.
There should therefore be plenty of space.
Parking: One garage or spot off-street
Storage: a locked garage storage area.
Some of the unit's unique features include an in-unit washer and dryer, a reverse osmosis system, modern appliances, a gas-hooked grill, ceiling fans in each room, an Ethernet jack for internet access, and more.
