Looking for one roommate to join our amazing house in Mar Vista.
It is a 4-bedroom home, but we only fill 3 rooms and leave one room as a guest bedroom.
New roommate will be joining my roommate and myself (both males).
We are both fun, nice, respectful, clean, and we would want the same in our new roommate.
We like to have fun on weekends, but both work corporate jobs during the week.
Below are a few of the amenities of the house:
- Heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, koi pond
- Pool house (used mostly for music/entertaining)
- Private bathroom
- 10 min drive to beach (Venice/MDR), Culver City and Santa Monica
- long-term preferred, but short-term could be a possibility
