The apartment itself is small but well-suited to roommates.
Everyone has their own private room, and each of them opens onto a shared living room/kitchen area.
There's a full bathroom and a convenient wash area.
We can figure out allocation of bathrooms if necessary.
I have two very friendly and easygoing cats, and if none of my roommates are renewing, I'd be fine with having up to one more here.
ABOUT ME:
I am a 34-year-old professional who's lived in Los Angeles since 2018.
I am not much of a party animal and am sensitive to smoke (asthmatic).
I enjoy cooking and have friends over a few times a year for a few days at a time.
Depending on who stays and who leaves, I'd be interested in making the living room into a shared space for bookshelves and art on the walls.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
The rent will run $700 for the smaller front rooms and $750 for the larger back room; however, if one of my roommates stays, she'll be relocating into that one.
You'll need first month's rent and security, plus pay stubs/an employment letter/some proof of income, bank statements, and so on.
Guarantors are accepted (I have one!).
