Hello! I am 𝐎nly moving sometime in January and would like to sublease my private room with private bath until the lease renews in July.
Should you take over the lease, there will be an option to renew come July, so if you like it here you will have the option to stay :) I would prefer to sublease February 1st, but we may discuss moving sooner if necessary.

I know CSU 2nd semester starts sometime in January so if that's what you are looking for, I may be able to make that work.
The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a very large basement and a gorgeous backyard.
The neighbors are very friendly and always willing to help, so if you are new to the area, this is a perfect starting point.
The bedroom/bath being offered is on the South end of the house, the other bedrooms are on the North end, there's a common living room, common bathroom, and large kitchen in between.
There are 2 roommates (girls) on the premises.
Should you be interested, I would like to arrange a meeting between you and said roommates
beforehand that way you are not moving in with total strangers- Once you've met them (via Zoom or lunch or something), I would connect you to our landlord.
