It's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath in a luxury apartment complex located in Chinatown at Llewellyn.
Close to major highways, downtown Los Angeles, 10-15 minutes away from Koreatown, SGV, Echo Park, Silverlake, and etc.
LA Historic Park is right across the street and there's the Chinatown metro station for easy commuting on the metro or by bus.
Union Station is also just down the road from where we live.
Rate is about $1720 and utilities are about $200-$300 - depending on usage.
Also, there's plenty of parking available around the apartment but if you want a designated garage spot, it will be $100 for one or $175 for tandem parking.
EV charging spots are also available for $150.
$1000 deposit required and for the tenants to sign on the lease up until October 2024.

We are open to furniture in the living room as our roommate is leaving but if you don't have any, we are more than happy to bring in our own.
We have signed the lease up until October of 2024 and if all goes well, we can renew the lease again.
There's a pool, jacuzzi, a gym, and several lounges around the building.
We don't mind house guests coming over and vice versa.
As long as everyone is respectful and communicates with one another, it should be fine as we also have get togethers every once in a while.
Also, it's very safe here as we have on-site security 24/7.
People need to be buzzed in to get in and there are multiple ways of getting in only by the key fob.
