Full bathroom is shared with one other person.
Available to move in DECEMBER 1ST OR SOONER for $1,390/mo plus utilities (which range from ~$80-300/mo on average - LADWP charges every other month which is why this is a broad range from months they don't charge to months they do so it balances out to avg of ~$150/mo).
Housemates are all conscious of utilities usage to keep bills reasonable.
