You'll have access to the living room, kitchen, 2 yards, and the laundry room.
Studio has hardwood floors, wi-fi / hard-wired.
Share house (with a different entrance) with 2 other women, each with their own room.
Utilities are non-negotiable, and split 1/3: DWP, Gas Co.
, Arrowhead, Spectrum (HBO, Showtime, etc).

$130 - $150 each per month, depending on season.

The house has cool 60's furniture, and we're into film, art and music - but this is not a party house.
The 10' x 15' studio can easily fit a queen sized bed, desk/office, shelf units and wardrobe cabinets.
It's furnished with an armoire.
It's great for someone new in town, a graduate or a foreign student.
This is a great place, but the only drawback is that the room faces a small mechanics garage on the corner, and is close to Pico.
It'll be ok if you work or go to college during the day when the garage is open.
Even so, a room with a private entrance on a house is rarely available in this neighborhood.
The rent is month to month - (no lease) - though there is a minimum of a one year commitment.
Sorry, no smokers or pets.
