Really great restaurants and shopping within walking distance/several gyms within walking distance.
One of the most walkable neighborhoods in Los Angeles; I've lived here for three years without a car and it is one of the reasons I love this location.
Near enough to WeHo main drag that you can easily get there if you want to, but far enough away that late night noise is rarely a problem.

She is a sweet old lady who loves people/loves affection.
No additional pets if possible; I have one elderly cat but the landlord was firm about no more pets on top of her.
She is a very calm and affectionate senior cat.
She may be okay with a new cat (she has lived with cats before) as long as they are kept separately and introduced to each other gradually.
Couples are welcome, in which case rent/utilities would be split three ways and rent would be $1,000/person and utilities slightly less per person.
The bedroom is unfurnished, but the common areas are partially furnished (I've held off on buying furniture until I find a new roommate and know what they are and are not bringing to the apartment).
