Hello! I have a room available in an adorable 3 bedroom apartment in a great neighborhood in Glendale.
The apartment building is in the corner of Glenoaks Ave and Justin Ave, close by the I-5 and the 134 highway.
It is next to an elementary school so the area has a safe and drama-free vibe which I love.
The room comes with a free parking spot inside the garage and it is only a short little walk to: Starbucks Von's El Pollo Loco It is also less than a mile drive (or walk) to: Trader Joe’s CVS Ralph's The apartment is furnished (see photos) but the available bedroom is not and I am asking for a year lease but will discuss other options- please just ask.
I take COVID very seriously and both of us have been vaccinated, we ask that you have also.
Speaking of us, you will be sharing the apartment with two males, average age is late 20's.
We are both relatively quiet and chill, and keep the apartment pretty tidy- we are hoping you are simpatico! You will be sharing the hall bathroom with just one other roommate (and occasional guests).
There is a half bath in the living room downstairs for guests.
It has a shower with a full size bathtub and a large counter/sink area.
We also have a washer and dryer in the apartment, which is great, they also have laundry unit outside for the apartment building.
