There is a extra $30 fee for the maid (comes 3 times a month) and the deposit is $300 (which is refunded when move-out with no damage to room or property).
$585 for rent, $55 for utilities, $25 cable and internet and maid fee $30 = $695
-The total move-in fee will be $995.
-There is a first come first serve parking for two parking spots in the carport daily.
