Walking distance to beach, Gelsons,Whole Foods Main Street and so much more I do not want to clean up after anyone!!!! So if you can’t help keep the common areas clean you are not a fit for me !!!! I work from home and travel quite often.
I prefer to speak on the phone to my potential roomies as I feel like that helps save my time and your time.
I do not allow a lot of cooking or much use of the kitchen.
(I have learned this works best for me…the hard way, sadly!!!) However, I will gladly buy a fridge, microwave and hot plate for your room.
I supply all the coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, gas , electric, spectrum TV and internet included in the rent.
PLUS I HAVE A KANGEN water machine.
