Greetings! I'm currently seeking 1 or 2 roommates to sign a lease for my 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in downtown Hawthorne.
The apartment features a generous living space with central heating and AC, an electric stove, dishwasher, and furnished common areas, including a living room with entertainment center and TV.
Conveniently located near Lafayette and Diamond Bridge, the apartment offers off-street parking during off-hours and on-street parking along the railroad tracks.
I'm looking for responsible, respectful male or female roommates around my age (27).
Ideally, you should be neat, trouble-free, and understanding of my variable 12-hour shift job schedule, which may involve last-minute changes.
Rent details:
- Total Rent: $550 per month
- 2 People renting: $650 per person
- Security Deposit: To be discussed with the landlord
- PSE&G: $130 (split evenly between roommates)
- Internet (Verizon Fios): $80 (split evenly between roommates)
