Hello! We're looking for a fellow male roommate to join our Christian friendly household.
Private bedroom with ensuite bathroom currently available.
Partially furnished - Bed and desk available or they can be removed.
The place is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3 story condo in Glendale (south of the Americana, also close to Atwater Village, Los Feliz, Highland Park) Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom! Washer/dryer in the apartment unit Central A/C and heat There are two parking spaces in the underground garage which we share (monthly rotation).
$990/month rent, plus shared utilities (Gas, Electric, Internet) $725 deposit Sorry, no pets, no smoking, and no drugs.
If you're looking for a place to invite girls/girlfriends to stay the night, this is not the right fit.
If you're looking for a place that is generally low key and has the potential for inviting a few friends to hang out, then this may be a better fit.
