is a 1bd but the living spaces are on opposite ends of the apt, separated by the entrance, kitchen and bathroom, so there's plenty of privacy.
It's a bright, sunny, corner unit with great views of the hills in a walkable neighborhood full of restaurants, bars, entertainment and a grocery store across the street.
Rent includes utilities, WiFi and a house cleaning service every 6 weeks.
This is a perfect situation for someone who needs a nice, clean, chill place to live while they get some money saved or get settled in town over the next 6 months - or longer if it's working out well.
I'm a gay male who's super easy going, fun to hang with and has a good sense of humor.
I work/spend time a lot outside of the apt and don't bring drama or sketchy characters home - I'd appreciate the same from a roommate.
There's no deposit, just move in and pay the rent on the 1st of each month.
