I am renting out my extra Private, bedroom and bathroom as part of my 2 bedroom apartment.
This location is central to all of the best spots in LA, It’s close to the Melrose area, Hollywood Blvd, WeHo and more! I maintain a fully stocked kitchen, clean household, there is a laundry room on site in the building right outside our apartment door.
There is also Garage parking with electric charging outlets, central AC & heat, high speed internet and an elevator.
The apartment living room and kitchen are shared with 1 other male tenant [Me].
I am looking for someone for someone by May 1st.
The room is unfurnished.
Located at Sunset Detroit Plaza on DeLongpre Ave; off of Sunset and La Brea where Hollywood and West Hollywood meet.
Utilities: Water/Electric run about $50-75 a month (per person) Gas never passes $10 a month, and I have high-speed Internet which is typically $50 a month a pop.
Within walking distance to Ralph's, Target, Best Buy, and many restaurants, bars, and shops.
I have Month-to-Month options available to make things easy for everyone, although I would prefer someone to stick around long term as long as the vibe is right.
I am 420-friendly but not cool with illegal narcotics.
The building is owned by Beverly Hills Properties.
